Stunning resort. Everything was beautifully maintained and clean. - room. We were in a two bedroom residence which was very spacious, even with the sofa bed being used. The kitchen was a good size. We ate about but it would be good for cooking light meals. - pools. Four to choose from. They all have wonderful sea views. The Lemonia pool was more for families and activities. The Sunset pool was quieter but used by a mix of adults and children. Bar service was good. Indoor pool was well maintained and there were a good selection of saunas and steam rooms, though it was too hot outside to spend much time in them. The Marina pool is adults only. - beach. rocks rather than sand, but the sea was a wonderful temperature and the loungers were comfortable. Two piers to jump off. - restaurants. Veranda, the local restaurant, was the highlight. It is an independent restaurant run by a local family. Beautiful food and knowledgable staff. Enjoyed the fish restaurant and steak restaurant, too. Service at the steak restaurant wasn’t as good as the others - felt like there was upselling going on. - breakfast. Good but not amazing. A wide range of choice at a buffet, with omelette station. If being hyper picky it would be good to have a little variety over the week, and it was very busy on a couple of mornings. - grocery shop was expensive but not bad considering the location. Didn’t use the other shops - sports centre. This was brilliant. Our teenage kids enjoyed it, especially the ability to escape from the heat of the middle of the day and play table tennis, basketball or use the gaming consoles/PCs. - animation team. Enjoyed the beach yoga in the morning and the aqua at the swimming pool. Enthusiastic staff but you could easily avoid arranged activities if that isn’t your thing. - location. Stunning setting in a cliff side about 20 mins from Old Town Dubrovnik. We travelled around Croatia and Dubrovnik before staying here so didn’t leave the resort when we were there.

I recently stayed at a stunning Sun Garden hotel in Dubrovnik, and overall, it was an exceptional experience. The suite was incredibly spacious, featuring a huge room and a private balcony with breathtaking views—truly a highlight of the stay. Waking up to such a panorama made every morning special. The rooftop breakfast was another standout. The personal service made it feel intimate and indulgent, and a special shout-out goes to Sanja Gjivovic, who served us both at the rooftop and the regular buffet. Sanja’s warm, attentive, and thoughtful service truly made our stay unforgettable. The variety and quality of the buffet were also impressive, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes. Visiting during the quieter end-of-season period added to the tranquility of the stay. It felt peaceful and relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the hotel's location is a bit far from the town center. While this ensures a serene environment, it does mean that dining options nearby are limited. Guests will need a car or rely on Uber/taxis to explore the town center for shopping and restaurants. Despite this minor inconvenience, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, incredible views, and outstanding service. With team members like Sanja Gjivovic making your stay warm and memorable, it’s the perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway!

Breakfast was fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Facilities were impressive. One thing I really appreciated was having a car pick me up from the airport. Normally this would not be worthy of mention, but one leg of my flight was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Dubrovnik. I was rebooked on another flight several hours later, and then that flight was delayed on the flight line for another two hours. So when I finally arrived in Dubrovnik, it was an incredible feeling to see the driver waiting for me, holding a sign with my name on it. I realize I paid for that service, but my delays probably meant lots of waiting and multiple trips to the airport for the driver.

Driving down the drive to the hotel and into the reception overlooking the sea was gorgeous. We stayed in a club double room which was also amazing. Balcony overlooking the sea with sun loungers and a table and chairs. Bed and pillows were comfy. Very clean and comfortable. Having use of the club lounge was amazing, free drinks all day and afternoon cake and nibbles. Breakfast on the roof terrace was gorgeous overlooking the sea view. Food was so nice. All staff were amazing and gave the 5 star treatment. The whole site was clean, plenty of sun beds and although a large complex it never felt busy. Plenty of areas to choose from to relax during the day.

First and foremost, we were upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedrooms, which was highly appreciated. We had made a booking with sea view although with the upgraded room, there was no sea view. Set in a beautiful setting, surrounded by olive trees, there are few swimming pools, including an indoor one (warm water). We stayed during Easter, so most facilities/restaurants/shops within the resort were closed. Not all swimming pools were open, but the selected ones were enough to have a variety. Very nice staff, very clean as well.
